This movie presents some inaccurate information (such as stating that Cynthia Rothrock is one of the only female action stars) and is hampered by some ultra-hammy narration courtesy of B-movie icon John Saxon. It actually works better if you view it as more of a best-of tape. There are clips from several good movies like Dragons Forever, Wheels on Meals and Millionaire's Express which should provide a nice way to kill an hour and a half if you don't have anything else better to do.
