The picture and sound aren't the greatest, but they're not too bad considering that the movie was shot on video. There's not really much for frills or extras, but for the cheap price, this is a pretty decent DVD. One nice thing that I have noticed about Modern DVDs is that you can skip past the copyright warnings and Dolby trailer.
