Universe usually does pretty solid, if unspectacular, HK DVDs and this one is no exception. The print looks a bit worn and grainy at points (especially during night scenes), but considering that the movie is 15 years old, it's not too bad overall. The Dolby 5.1 mix is thankfully free of the hiss and echo found on many of these remastered soundtracks. As for the extras, they're the usual stuff, but the trailer is worth checking out, since it has footage not seen in the movie itself. If you can't play Region 2 discs (and thus Hong Kong Legends' swank version of this movie), this makes a solid buy for the price.
