Deltamac's first few discs were bare-bones efforts to be sure, but this is without a doubt one of the best HK DVDs I have ever seen. It is one of the (very) few that has picture and sound quality to rival a US disc (espically the booming DTS mix), and the extras are a nice touch, especially as many HK discs don't have much beyond a trailer. However, there are a couple of caveats: the featurettes are not subtitled (this is especially strange on the making-of one, since all of the chapter titles and people's names are given in English), and the disc crashed on my Panasonic during the layer change (between chapters 8 and 9) -- it worked fine on my computer and on a JBL player though. Overall, though, this is an extremely solid buy -- even the clear plastic packaging is cool. Hopefully, this will set a new trend for Deltamac's product, and inspire other companies to do the same.
