Subtitles: Chinese/English on the lower black bar -- they are easy to read, but you really don't need them as almost all of the movie is in English and the Chinese is translated on the main picture

Notes: This is one of the better VCDs I've seen. It has menu screens on both discs and a 15-minute featurette on the second disc. There is a Motorola commercial that plays on the first disc, but thankfully you can just skip it. The VCD also came with some sort of scratch-off contest card.
